ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE:
CREATING A HEALTHIER &
HAPPIER SOCIETY
At Alivus Life Sciences we focus on holistic healthcare Development. As part of the initiative we started Project “Sampurna”, a holistic healthcare initiative for the adolescent, mother and children and have upgraded several existing healthcare facilities. The project encompasses the entire spectrum of women and children, from girls in their adolescence to women in their post pregnancy stage and children till the age of 5. It encourages positive health seeking behaviour amongst pregnant women and also ensures necessary care post-delivery. The project focuses on providing special assistance to the primary health workers in Anganwadis and the healthcare facilities. The project also provides & supplements nutritional kits, health kits, nutritional food, regular check-ups camps, health kits to health workers and creates awareness and capability building about health & hygiene, menstruation as well as provides medicine to women & children to make a anaemia free healthier and happier India.
ACCESS TO EDUCATION:NURTURING YOUNG SCIENTIFIC MINDS
Education is the key to child development. Alivus believes that a scientific, logical and experimental education is a good enabler for a creative & logical mind-set among children. By taking into consideration this approach, we have started “Project ViGyasa” which means “Vigyan Ki Jigyasa (Eagerness to learn science”). It aims to nurture young scientific minds from standard 5 to 12 in both aided and unaided schools & colleges across the country. As part of the initiative we provide scientific kits to the school children, develop mini & integrated science labs focusing on the aspects of Chemistry, Biology and Physics, as well as build capability for teachers and students through training. We also provide additional infrastructure support to create a learning ecosystem in the school.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY: CREATING SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES
We are committed to protect, conserve and preserve the environment by reducing, reusing, recycling, recovering, repairing. Further, through disposal methodology we will save our natural resources and the planet at large. We have aligned our vision with the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and adopting both the traditional and new techniques to save the planet. As part of the project we are focusing on the following aspects to create a healthier, greener and happier planet:
Water stewardship to reduce and replenish water usage through water harvesting and conservation projects
Tree plantation for carbon neutrality
Energy conservation by creating green energy
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY
Community is at the very core of Alivus Life Sciences. We work with community to build a sustainable local area by identifying the critical needs, focusing on education, empowering women, generating sustainable livelihood, providing infrastructure support, managing disaster, and carrying out research & development. The project will also focus on the diversity and inclusion supporting the most marginalized and affected groups of the country while protecting the human rights and prosperity based on strong intrinsic values, such as self-reliance, self-respect and dignity.

EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING:
CSR MITRA
Over 755 Alivus employees have generously volunteered time, effort, skill and finances to support the larger communities as part of their Individual Social Responsibility(ISR), aligning with existing CSR initiatives. Direct contact with the lives we help creates one-on-one connections that make us more aware of the positive long-term impact of such value-creating initiatives. These volunteer programs transform the abstract, intangible concept of ‘helping’ into the concrete, heart-warming reality of happy faces, joyful communities, and a brighter future for our society.
